NomadKeep puts it on one timeline that opens offline.

Made for the one traveling alone with a backpack, and for the one planning the trip for everybody.

Three things before you leave.

  1. Weeks before

    Plan the route

Create the trip with its dates and add flights, trains, buses, stays and luggage. On your computer or your phone: what you change on one shows up on the other.

  2. When you book

Hang each document on its leg

The boarding pass goes with the flight, the voucher with the hostel, the insurance with the trip. Later there's nothing to look for: it is where you'll need it.

  3. The night before

    Save it on your phone

One tap, and the trip and its documents open without Wi-Fi or data: at security, on the road, on the plane. Included in the Free plan.

It warns you while there's still time to fix it.

NomadKeep checks every leg against the next one. If your flight lands after check-in closes, it tells you before the trip, not the night you arrive, and leaves the message for the property ready to send over WhatsApp or email.

Hi, I have a booking for March 17. My flight lands at 23:40, after check-in closes. Can I arrive later?

The airport has no signal. Your ticket opens anyway.

In the app, the trip lives on your phone. You save each document with one tap, and anything you change offline syncs on its own when the signal is back.

  • PDFs and images, up to 5 MB each.
  • You choose whether the whole group sees each document or only you.
  • The web needs a connection. The app doesn't.

One person pays, the whole group travels.

With the Group Pass, the organizer invites everyone with a link. Everyone sees the same plan, each person uploads their own documents and nobody else has to pay.

And “what time was the train again?” stops landing on you.

Know what the trip cost, and who owes whom.

Log each cost in the currency you paid it in. NomadKeep adds it all up in one currency, by category and by day.

  • Any currency: converted at that day's rate, or at the one your bank actually gave you.
  • Split it your way: equally, by exact amounts, by percentage or by shares.
  • Fewest payments: the app works out who pays whom so everyone is even, and you mark each payment when it is made.

Expenses come with the Solo Pass. Sharing, splitting and balances come with the Group Pass.

Read the privacy policy

Before you board.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once for each trip you want to upgrade. It doesn't renew or charge you anything later.

What if I travel without internet?

In the Android app, the trip stays on your phone and you can save documents to open them offline, on the Free plan too. Changes sync when you're back online. The web needs a connection.

Do the people I invite have to pay?

No. With the Group Pass, the organizer pays once and up to 10 travelers get every feature on that trip.

How many trips can I create for free?

As many as you like, with all the legs and stays you need. The Free plan only limits documents: up to 3 per trip.

Where are my documents stored, and for how long?

Encrypted in transit and at rest, and they only open through links that expire within minutes. On your phone, the offline copy is encrypted too. They delete themselves 180 days after the trip ends.

Is there an iPhone app?

Yes, NomadKeep is coming to the App Store. In the meantime, the web app works in any browser on an iPhone.

How do I get a refund?

Write to support@nomadkeep.app within 14 days of paying. If you bought on Google Play, you can also request it through Play.

Which countries is it available in?

Almost everywhere, except the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

How are expenses in other currencies converted?

Each expense is converted to the trip's base currency with the exchange rate of the day you spent it, and that rate stays fixed for that expense. It's a reference rate, not the one your bank or card applied, so you can type in your own whenever you want the exact figure.
